Frontpage updates

I decided to update the look of the frontpage. Now the frontpage focuses on listing all of the content available rather than having 10 ready-to-go video players hogging the front page. This does put the extra burden of actually clicking on "view full post" if you want to watch the video, but I figure it's worth it.
